All products sold on FitVaultPro are digital products delivered as downloadable files.

Because our products are digital downloads, we do not accept returns once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, such as:

  • Broken download link
  • Missing file
  • Corrupted file

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to fix the issue by re-sending the file, providing a new download link, or offering another solution.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in cases where we are unable to resolve the technical issue.
